How did immigrants (people) become illegal?

Why Isn’t Everyone Registered To Vote? To discourage those that are eligible to think that they are ineligible.

Throughout the United States' history rich white men have purposely controlled politics and restricted rights from the "Founding Fathers" to Congress today still upholding these restrictions against poor people, women, and people of color. It is all intentional and completely aware of the effects of suppression.
