Another great book by Miye Lee! Very much the same format as the first book, but I'm glad I read them back to back. I actually liked this more than the first one; a wonderful world exploring dreams, disparities and feelings. Can't recommend enough! I'd actually give it 4.5/5 stars but 1/2s don't work.

This is a great digestible fantasy that's quite enjoyable. I'm not a fan of smaller stories that become part of a larger narrative but I still liked the book and am already reading the second one!

A lovely little read that I finished in a few hours. The author definitely wrote this with a lot of care and imagination; the main characters jump out brilliantly! This was a nice blend of relaxing read with a space/sci-fi adventure, and a good message at the end of it all. Also love that there's a cat in the story...as in, throughout the entire thing. Would recommend!

What a great book. It is mentally draining so it took me longer than usual to finish. Either way, this is a job well done in using fiction to comment on today's world and I love the creativity of the writer.
