Relationship tension can flare fast with BPD. One tiny reset I recommend: PAUSE → Name the feeling (not the person) → Ask for one specific need. It’s simple, not easy—but it lowers the temperature. This is one of the tools I share in my Borderline Personality Disorder Relationship Workbook.
