flicking through a book i’ve chosen for my english coursework and i’m OVERLY irritated WHY THE FUCK do WHITE people love to use slurs they cannot reclaim in their books. mind you the slur adds nothing to their book, why is it so hard to just be a decent human fucking being.

i’m so fucking irritated because literally what was the purpose of using the n word in that scene, it added NOTHING. i hate the fact that non POC authors feel entitled enough to use racial slurs in their work just because. mind you there’s no point of me dnfing this book because im so far into it & i was actually intrigued by it too. it’s also weird ive seen nothing on the use of the slur in this book??
