It kind if seems like the killer might be one of Jet’s family members or Sophia, but I feel like that’s too obvious.

Based on who the killers in Holly’s other books (that I’ve read) are, I’m thinking that the killer is most likely a character we have already been introduced to so maybe Billy’s Dad? If he’s the killer I would be so sad, but I guess that would be an interesing plot twist.
