Ugh….. taking forever for anything to happen

Excellent sci-fi and thoughtful exploration of the world, but I’m getting hung up on the way in which the author seems to be limiting the women in the book with flaws that are much more crucial. I’m not sure how to explain it, but it seems ever so slightly off. I still love it and all the characters.

Amazing, just a bit more of a “I have an open mind and feel like learning about complex problems relating to the physics governing the universe” kind of a read as opposed to something you read for fun.
