Eh, one of least favorite from Freida McFadden. Too many wonky references to Psycho early and attempts to make certain pieces of this story similar- old hotel off the main road, a few rooms, suspicious owner who makes sandwiches, old house behind hotel… with a silhouette of frail woman in second story window alway looking out. Husband and wife in this case vs son and mother but tried way too hard to copy those.
