I remember reading this in my High School English Class, but I don’t remember anything about the book itself : (

Nevermind, I need all the words and examples he makes, otherwise I become very confused.

It’s reading level is a little hard for me but it’s pretty alright. It does feel like the metaphors and some sentences are needlessly added. I think John Dewey could have optimized his paragraphs better to not have to fit those sentences and metaphors in.

Holy crap the words are difficult. I don’t know what reading level I’m at but there are so many words I am unfamiliar with. It’s kinda good though.

I read this when I was like 12-13 years old, and I don’t remember anything besides that Freak dies at the end :(.

The section that includes the butterflies often overlap in talking points. This book is meant for identification as opposed to a learning book. It wants you to carry the book while walking around trying to identify insects.

Overall, pretty om. It does have inconsistent infomation as the book target audience seems to be farmers.
