Emily Henry does a good job of keeping me engaged, so I don’t care if I think it will end one way, or know something is about to happen. She is just good at keeping my attention and interest. I’m not distracted by all of my predictions or living my life (cats, tv, games) she just hooks you and doesn’t let go

There are moments where I think her cold dead heart might actually start to feel something.

She is so harsh in her observations against women, and then on the flip side so blind to that of men. She’ll examine other women as close as a bead of sweat, but then say nothing or observe nothing about men.

UGH

Can’t tell yet if I’m supposed to hate her…? Because at least in the first bit, I do.

I think I know exactly what is going on, I just don’t know if it’s going to be happy ending or tragedy. Literally I predicted the halfway plot twist fifty pages ago.
