Thank God for this book!!! I was in such a reading slump and was getting pretty grouchy about it.
This? Perfection.

There are parts of this book that are surprisingly good and in a HUGE fan of this author’s writing style. However, given the age gap… some of the pet names Sofia calls Carter are just ICK and creep me out. I’m usually just fine with an age gap as long as it’s legal but there’s a dynamic here that’s pulling me out of the story.
