I don't entirely understand about the law system and how it was implemented into these different tribes in south Africa. He explains how the dominant tribes of Zulu and Xhosa were convicted of the crime: "The genius of apartheid was convincing people were the over-whelming majority to turn on each other" (Noah 1). i kind of understand why they implemented this new law.
