i decided not to dig too much into this book because i didn’t want to spoil myself. but i feel lost rn, i went into it thinking that it’s a romantasy but 4 chapters in, there’s still no sign of romance (on soren’s part). started to think that it might be wuhluhwuh between soren and princess cion but i might be wronggg ???

i was only able to sneak in a few pages before going to sleep unfortunately. i’ve been busy crafting gifts for christmas the whole day !!!

pre-read: i watched the movie when i was 13 and i liked-ish it, i wanted to read the book but 13-year-old me had little access to online shopping and had access to only half of her allowance . i want to like this cause i remember being so meh abt the movie . ANYWAYY my kuya gave this to me with his annotations so im excited !!!

pre-read: “AT THE CROSSROADS, DON’T TURN LEFT” is what compelled me to pick this book up :3 wish me luck and let’s hope i don’t go insane

so far i am liking the writing style, although it’s quite simplistic, i expected it to be an ouabh knockoff through and through but from what i’ve read, its only similarities are the pink-haired fmc, the whimsical writing, and the fairytale styled premise.
