Good so far. I can’t believe Denny hit Enzo I feel so bad for him awww (Enzo is the dog.) there’s also Eve and she is sick and then Zoë the daughter of Eve and Denny.

Oh. My. GOD. so so so good. I love Joan and Venessa together omggg. They’re so cute and they just click. The slow burn was definitely very worth it

Love it so much. I love Vanessa and Joan omggg. When they were stargazing together, it was so cute and my favorite part of the book so far. It going from 1984 (present day) back to 1980 shows how far everyone’s come. Also how Joan is leading Vanessa to hopefully get back home safely after their rocket malfunctioned when fixing a satellite and mostly everyone is dead on the shuttle. I hope Vanessa lives!

Actually insane. Lee is Eleanor’s uncle, and Anton is Eleanor’s real dad. Casey is actually Ella, Eleanor was never Ella (but they had the same kind of life). Anton is in jail for life for killing his dad, and Lee goes to see him every Friday. Eleanor thinks Anton is actually dead but he isn’t. Casey realizes Anton is her dad when she sees a photo. Anton wanted Lee to live near Casey to look after her.

Anton and Ella stood up to Brittany because she’s bullying them. Anton injured Brittany very badly and the cops take him away. Ella will never see him again. Casey realizes Eleanor (Ella) never intended to hurt to her, she wanted to hurt her dad (Lee) instead. Ella just escaped from the closet where her mom locked her up, and she burned down her house and now she’s after Lee who is her dad and Casey realize this.

Ella learned how to pick locks from Anton. (She can now escape from the closet when her mom locks her in) and their relationship is growing stronger and I can tell they’re gonna get together. In the Casey storyline in present day, Ella (Eleanor) is carrying a map and Casey found it on the floor because Ella must’ve dropped it on her way to bed. And Ella’s backpack is covered in blood.

Very good so far. I love Anton and Ella‘s friendship so far like how they could both open up to each other. Eleanor is clearly Ella from when we go to the “now” chapters and see Casey’s POV. Idk what happened with Ella to where she was found in Casey’s shed. She has blood all over her shirt and is starved. Maybe she did something to her mother? (She has more cigarette burns) but that seems too obvious.

There are two first person characters that you follow - Casey and Ella - I think that the girl Casey found in her shed during the storm is Ella. Even though her name is Eleanor. Rudy is a perv and Lee is very suspicious. Rudy and Lee both said they didn’t see the little girl that Casey saw outside of her window, staring at her. - The book is very good so far and a very quick read.

She is “allowed” by her grandma to go to the private school. And the school talked to her dad about it

Just started it and heard very good things also about this book from friends. It’s a 4 book series so if this one is good, I’ll end up reading the rest. Very good so far. At the diner where Cassie works, Michael gives her a card which invites her to work with the FBI. She doesn’t know what they want with her. But she knows they want her for her intelligence and on reading people easily.

Oh my God. This was such a good book. Finding out it was Billy and Luke’s dad that killed Jet was crazy. Also, everything about Dianne (Jets mom), and that Luke killed Emily and Luke’s dad helped to cover it up. That’s so sad how Jet died in the end even though we knew it was gonna happen and how she didn’t really even know if she loved Billy, but she was trying to love him because she knew that he loved her.

Omg Jet and Billy are so so cute. Them looking at the stars was soo adorable and their relationship has grown so much. The cat girl on the zoom which is Nina (Andrew’s daughter) knows something about Jets’s mom. It’s getting really good I’m almost done with it 🥲

Very good. Getting further and further. I really wonder who burnt down Mason construction. That whole team was very scary with Billy and Jet. I really thought Jeff wasn’t gonna make it, but I knew she was going to because she was determined when the fire occurred.
