This book moves extremely slowly. Iris is now becoming better friends, almost stealing Ivy's friends. "Sopie is in a sundress, hair tied back into a tight bun; she hates dresses." (pg 125). This quote is showing how Iris' personality is almost bleeding into Ivy's friends and how Iris is almost trying to steal Ivy's life. We still don't know much about Iris' life in the city, but I need to find out soon.

"The Fear." Is a thriller that keeps me on my toes. "'Do you want to talk, Iris?' Her haunted eyes look right through me. 'I want so much more than that.'"(pg 15) Is a quote I like. It really creeped me out and has me thinking that Iris is going to try to almost steal Ivy's life, and live as her. Iris creeps me out, but she seems normal. It's like she has BPD or schizotopia caused by the trauma of losing her mom.
