I just start bingeing these things and can’t stop. I don’t know what I’m going to do when I eventually make it through all of them.

Making it through this cure palate cleanser quicker than expected, partially due to streaming some of the audiobook on Spotify. Love the premise, love the town, but the book also moves quicker than I feel like it should in some places, making the characters seem underdeveloped. The chapters are short and alternating between POVs so quickly is a little jarring, especially in the beginning. Still enjoyable.

Gosh, I love it. I chuckled so much at the “swineherd” suppositions and have continued to get a lot of smiles from further developments. What fantastic plotting and world building.

Coincidental % update at the end of chapter 23. It took a while to get into, but the book is growing on me. I like aspects of the world building and I am always intrigued by the ideas people have just living in their heads. That said, the “I loved you as soon as I laid eyes on you” thing is not my cup of tea.
