The reason the book is titled "One of Us Is Lying" is that it is a murder mystery. And also because out of a group of high school students, one person is lying. And throughout the group of people, the murderer gets smaller and smaller one by one.

The reason the title is "One of Us" is that the book is a murder mystery. And also they are highschoolers trying to figure out who did the muder one by one

I think that Skywalker relates to me because he is brave and not scared. And also that he put himself first before anybody. And also that he is ready to be in a fight for his friends and his family.

The reason I chose this book is that it's similar to the other book I read, "The Hate U Give". And I saw that this was one of my recommendations on Goodreads. And I thought that it would have been a good book

in the book starr is learning more about who khalil was before he died. And also she is one week away from going to trail as a witness at the grandjury

In the book Starr the main character is trying to overcome how to get over her friend getting killed by a white cop. Also she is going to have to go to his funural and see him in his casket.

The first 20 pages of the book is crazy. I learn that jerome is a 12 year old boy living with his mom and dad and grandma. Also at the start of the book his mother tells him "Make sure you come right home" And i'm guessing that he was not listening because he was shot and killed later in the book. The reason why i know this is because at the start of the book it previews what happens later in the book.

In the book he is on his death march. And this means that the soldiers are making them walk until they die. But there is also a war going on and I think yanek knows that he has to stay alive, I say this because The USA is coming to save them.

After yanek turns 13 and has his bar mitzvah he now turns into a man. And now he has to protect his family from the german soldiers. And at the end of the chapter he is hiding from the german soldiers and he thinks he saw his mom and dad in line from the camps.

After the german soldiers game into their ghetto yanek is trying to protect his family. And also he is trying to survive and not get taken away to the consecration camps.

What is going to happen to yanek in the next chapters coming up in the book.
