It is very good so far. The pace is picking up now that Knox is actually Protestant!

There are several very applicable tips that have already helped me memorize scripture and improve my reading retention.

I could go without the sexual examples he gives in the memory chapter. Those make me hesitate to recommend this book to younger readers especially.
