Jaxon McDonnell is on page 160 of 304 of The Saint of Dragons (Simon St George, #1)
ARCHETYPES: The ARCHETYPES in The Saint of Dragons are "The Quest"
and "Overcoming the Monster" (kinda). The reason for the quest is because the main character and his dad and one other character are set out on having to kill the finale dragon in the world so the world can be free of them. The reason for overcoming the monster is because they have to kill a dragon to not only save humanity but also so they don't die.

POINT OF VIEW: In The Saint of Dragons the point of view is 3rd person narrator. The narrator is the kind of narrator that can see into the main character's mind (Simon's mind) but not in the mind of other people. It describes things the way Simon sees and hears. It also describes the way others talk/sound and look the way Simon sees/hears it

CONFLICT TYPE: (Real quick I literally cannot find my book but I know the type of conflict) My books conflict is Character vs. Character which means 2 important characters are fighting. The 2 characters in this case are Gaea and the 7 chosen demigods (more than 1 ik) they are fighting so Gaea doesn't destroy humanity and let the giants take control. This is the type of conflict in my book.

The Inciting Incident: The Inciting Incident in my book is when the main characters in my book get attacked by giants throwing stone and this foreshadows how trouble with giants (not the ones attacking them) they will have and sets a example on how they won't ever be truly safe in their journey though they will feel safe. It shows how they go through peril time and time again and how they overcome it.

ARCHETYPES: There are 2 types of archetypes in my book The Quest and Overcoming The Monster. The quest because they go on a quest to find the finale crew members and close the doors of death. Overcoming the monster because they are working to defeat Gaea (The earth but she's evil in this book). These are the types of archetypes in my book.

SUMMARY: The main characters in my book are Percy, Annabeth, Leo, Frank, Piper, Nico, Hazel, Coach Hedge. The story is about teen demigods fight Gaea so the world is destroyed. It takes place all over the world mainly Europe and most of North America. The events take place slowly through the other books and happens because a goddess calls for them. The book is narrated and hears everyones thoughts.

VISUALIZE: In my book I visualize all the time and there are moments in which I visualize and are good and bad. One great example is a moment when they the describe the deepest and darkest parts of the underworld a dark and grim place which sucked to visualize one very good thing I visualized were fight scene or food that to me smelt amazing when described. These are the examples I have for visualizing.

TEXT to TEXT: There are many connections to make but the author of my book loves to make cliffhangers and use subtle foreshadowing like the Hatchet it may be hard to see it but when you look it is there for example in my book everything was going great the the chapter ended with "lets do this' next chapter they were fight demons in hatchet he is surviving and doing great then he sees some clouds then a tornado.

CHARACTERIZATION: The thing and the character I am choosing for this is feeling and the character is Percy. In the situation Percy is feeling depressed, mad, and he thinks he let everybody down. These are all things people have felt and he feels this because he is so weak he can't do anything and he feels useless. That is the characterization that shows how the author wants use to connect to him.

ANTAGONIST: In my book there are many antagonists. There are big ones like Gaea, the earth goddess, and then small ones like a random guy ambushing them or a monster trying to kill them. The main antagonist Gaea is trying to destroy the world so that means that antagonist means bad guy. Gaea is not the only main antagonist there are the giants which are children of Gaea and they are helping her take over.

STATIC V. DYNAMIC: The main characters are all mostly dynamic one great example is Frank whom had to prove himself in order to save his friends he went through a psychical change and mental/emotional change when talking about more emotional changes many characters (good and bad) go through this all the time when they lose someone they love or when something they care for dies or get badly injured.

Character(s) V. Character(s) The main conflict in my book is the main characters against Gaea the earth goddess whom is trying to destroy the world and the main characters need to prevent that and trying to get their friends out of the underworld. These are the 2 main conflicts ( there is also charter V. Nature because 2 of the people are trapped in the Underworld).

PREDICTIONS: In The house of Hades there are many things to try to predict which can be challenging. I firstly predict that the charters are try to save 2 of the main charters stuck in Tartarus a deep part in the underworld. I also predict that those 2 main charters are either going to fight or run far. Very far. Those are all my predictions :)

Jaxon McDonnell is finished with Ruins (Pathfinder, #2)
Ruins is a 2nd book in a series and it takes more time to understand the book. It takes time to understand, but it is really good so far and makes me feel knowledgeable about having me understand it. It so far is good, but you have to go into deeper thoughts.
