SUMMARY: Solo Leveling is a dark fantasy action novel. It follows Sung Jin Woo, a hunter that has a very low mana stat and gets nearly killed by low rank beasts. As the weakest hunter he goes to low rank raids, on this raid they found a secret second gate and when the party went in they had this challenge. As the hunter left for dead Jinwoo surprisingly lived but now we follow him after he awakened.

Visualize: The author of my book helps readers like me visualize by making a great description. He makes sure he describes the characters and setting enough without overly describing it. He described when Jinwoo lost his leg or when Joohee collapsed from overworking. This is how my book visualizes.

MAKING CONNECTIONS: I connected when Jinwoo said he recognized the inside of a hospital because he has been there many times. I connected because of my time in the hospital when I was sick and I recognize that, because of my own time there.

ANTAGONIST: The current ANTAGONIST of my book is the Statue of god, he forces the people in his Double Dungeon to follow his 3 commandments, Worship God, Praise God and Prove Your Faith, if you don't follow those commandments he will kill you, he is not the only ANTAGONIST but the current one where I am in the book.

Static Vs Dynamic: Sung Jinwoo is a static character, where I'm at in the book at least, it says that he is a very weak Hunter that gets hurt on every mission. I already know from what I've heard he gets stronger from a double dungeon and he gets a system that lets him level. He also goes from a scared boy that wants to help his mother from her sickness to a strong man who is determined to do anything to save his mom

CONFLICT: Character VS Society, Sung Jinwoo is often mocked and laughed at for being weak, and people often say that if he's on a mission its not dangerous it says this on pages 6-8.

CONFLICT: Currently there hasn't been a lot of conflict but there has been Character vs Character conflict, when Bast fought the scorpion monsters, but it has also been Character vs Character when Sadie and Carter had an argument with each other about who had it easier.

PREDICTION: I think that the House of Life are gonna train Carter and Sadie to learn magic, fight Apophis and then finally defeat Set. That is my prediction for the next chapter.

POV: It is first person POV and it is told by Sadie Kane. The book says stuff like "I had the oddest desire to help. I wanted very badly in fact-- to step outside the circle and engage in combat.". The book switches between Sadie and Carter every few chapters and the chapter I am on is narrated by Sadie.

Protagonist: The 2 protagonists are Carter Kane and Sadie Kane. They are descendants of 2 old Magician family lines, and are trying to stop the 2 Egyptian Gods, Set and Apophis who are trying to destroy the world. Carter is someone who always follows the rules and tries to not get hurt, and Sadie loves braking the rules and having fun. These are the 2 main protagonists of my book.

SETTINGS: The setting of this book right now is in The Eastern Shore of New York close to Manhattan, in a mansion. This is during the current chapter I am on. The time is in the morning in the early 2000s or 2010s. It says where this current setting is in Pg 75-76.

GENRE: My book genre is Fiction, Fantasy, and Action. I love the way this book is written, it is one of the best fantasy books I have read (I have read a lot of fantasy manga comics and novels) and I love the way Egyptian Mythology is incorporated throughout this novel.

I think this book is very interesting and fast paced. I am on the part where the siblings are interrogated by the investigators after the Museum, and I think I could keep reading more.
