SETTING - I just finished this book and it was really good so now that I'm done with the book I am going to watch the movie and compare the two. The setting at the end of the book was around the same area as In the middle of the book. But the setting moves around to the same 2-3 places, The ocean, the campfire, and the forest. In the begganing of the book it was at a house, a hotel, a car, and then a campsite.

VISUALIZE- During this book I am visualizing them on a vacation together and them making a lot of friends. They are hanging out with all their friends and She is starting to catch some feelings for her guy best friend but she is realizing that they are completely opposite and that they do not belong together. They are both trying to get over there exes and to have a good mindset and to live freely and happy.

MAKING CONNECTIONS- This book connects with things that are also happening in the real world because murder mysteries can happen in real life too. Good thing this book has nothing to connect with me but I've heard real things that sound just like this book. This book has not connected to any other book that I have read because this is my first Murder mystery book.

CHARACTERIZATION- My character is sad because her best friend got murdered and she can't find out who hurt her. She is also mad because no one will help her find out who did it and its making her frustrated. My Character also feels alone and sad. She just wants to solve this for her best friend.

INCITING INCIDENT- In the begging of the story belly is dating Jeremiah and they go to a big party with a lot of friends and a lot of older people. Belly loves dating Jeremiah and he loves dating belly. That part of the story is a big part because that will explain some problems and solutions in the book.

ARCHETYPES- Right now I am finished with my book and the plot type that the plot ends with is ''tragedy''. I know the end of my book is Tragedy because my book is sad and has flaws. My book is about a girl that dies and her best friend is trying to find out who killed her. She can not find out anything about her and her mom is still so upset and she is crying a lot at the end of my book.

The book takes place in different places but currently its at Mrs trello's house. Piper is going to her house to tell Mrs Trello information she found out Layla's death. VISUALIZE- When I read this book I visualize Star being really sad, upset, and she feels like she wants to give up because her best friend Layla died. I could Visualize, ''Star showed me this video of a pool party a few months before Layla died. And guess who else was there''. This Visualize to me that her friend showed her a video of a pool party that Layla was at and they are slowly figuring out who hurt Layla.

ANTAGONIST: The Antagonist in my story is the 2 brothers that are fighting over Jackie. Jackie is trying to make everything fine with the family. But the 2 brothers keep fighting over her and destroying their relationship which causes problems with the whole family. So Jackie is the protagonist and the 2 brothers are the antagonist.

STATIC VS. DYNAMIC CHARACTER- My character named "Jackie'' is a Dynamic character. I know she is a Dynamic character because her parents died a couple months ago and she can not stop thinking about them and she keeps having these changes in her life and she misses her parents so much. For example she had to move in with her moms best friend that has more then 7 kids. This is why my character is a Dynamic character

PREDICTIONS: In my book I think that the main character Jackie might move in with her Uncle because In the book the boys in the family have been stressing her out and giving her some trouble and I also think she misses her uncle. I think that because it says '' You didn't think I'd actually help you prank him, did you?'' an then after it says ''Over and out losers''. This tells me that the brothers are being mean

POINT OF VIEW- I think this book is 1st person narrator. I think it is 1st person because there is a main character and other characters and the other characters also talk but no one knows what they are saying but themselves. So the main character can not hear the things the other characters are saying.

Protagonist: The main character is Jackie. Jackie's parents died in a car accident, so she moved in with her moms best friend. Her moms best friend has a lot of sons and they are called the Walter boys. She is having trouble getting along with all of them and she is very sad her family died and is having a hard time about it.

So far this book has taken place at a funeral. That's why this book is so far sad because it has taken place at a funeral. I know this book will get better and better as I read it because a lot of my friends read this book and recommended it to me.

This book was honestly a little boring and sad in the beginning but now that Im getting more into the book it's starting to get very interesting and I am very excited to read more! The Genre of this book is realistic fiction. This book so far focuses on love and friendship.

I like this book a lot so far! It's very interesting and every time is read it I get really into the book. I read 25 pages in 1 day.
