My week;

When a child asks to build a staircase to heaven. answer= Jacob’s ladder.

Or asks to acquire a jet pack and fly up to heaven. answer= Elijah’s fiery chariot.

Or build a bridge to heaven. answer= Jesus is the bridge.

Children sure make you think on your feet.🧠

This week was an absolute struggle, full of a loved one’s health complications and my own stupid mistakes. So I’m listening to the Red Clay Strays song ‘Moments’ on a loop for the foreseeable weekend lol🙂‍↕️

She shakes her head, clearly annoyed with me. “I’m an adult capable of making my own choices” …“That might be true, but I told you I would keep you safe... I’m going to protect you from anything I think is dangerous. And you can be as mad as you want about it, but I have no problem throwing you over my shoulder and taking you home if it means keeping you safe.”

I really thought I’d like this installment of the series, but I’m just going through the motions with this book now. I might DNF it seems to YA for me.
