At this point Jonah and Ma's bestrieds are cool. They like him. Long story short, Max went to Arlo and Jonah, and her asked him if he wanted to find his old talking stage, and he said yes.

Jonah asked Max out. She said she'll maybe date him if he meets her friends. Jonah's anxiety got worse because his dad is in Spain and can't fly to visit because his friend is sick. He also touched Max's hand on the monkey bars, and he's scared that she might have Covid. He is also fighting temptations to kiss her because he really likes her.

Max seems like she's catching feelings for Jonah. She got a little annoyed that he called her "buddy." Jonah believes she might have a boyfriend because she called hima friend and a customer of hers mentioned a guy in her life.

This book is SOOOOOOO good. I love it. It's very relatable and funny, and has some quirky romance in it. I love how it describes the characters' thoughts and the places, since I can't visualize things without descriptions. Imagery. I love books that include it.

So far this book is really easy to read. The letters are evenly spaced out, and I'm getting to know the characters. At first, I was kind of confused which character was who because one of the names was like a name to call anyone.

The main character went all the way to San Francisco for classes to become famous. She is really bad at acting, but pursued her hobby of writing.

I learned today from this book that the main character finds out that the government doesn't know her family exists because she doesn't have a Social Security card.
