Okay I’m loving this book. It’s got the banter, we’re getting more backstory, we’re getting all the fun enemies to lovers clandestine moments oh always. Plus I’m genuinely hooked on this bad guy timeline. I appreciate how the enemy is being taken down over the course of ten years and not just like 1 week. I love the long game

I am really liking this book more than the first one. I like that it goes back and forth in the timeline while also chronologically making sense to the plot. The first one had no back story or character depth compared to this one (obviously due to the fact that she lost her memory).
I enjoy their banter, I like the characters we have met so far, and I can’t wait to see how it develops.

I’m loving this so far. I enjoy how this is now giving us an Alex origin story. I love her wit, similar to Zoe but much snarkier and sure. Not an innocent.
I looove this Margaret women in all white. I hope she’s important. The Guy ( Micheal?) is odd. I’m wondering how he knew her and what his deal is. I’m assuming he’s the enemy to lover tease we got at the end of the last book

I have twenty pages left and holy hell I had no clue how this was going to end but I am pleasantly surprised! It painted a wonderful picture in my head and I love how it stayed true to the characters in their own ways. Can’t wait to read the wrap up tomorrow!

It’s getting exciting! And I’m reading the paperback and this page count is def going off the hard cover because I have 80 pages left and the percent on here is wrong. Gonna look into that next time I start a book on here

I can’t wait to see how this ends because him being hurt and her finding the baby picture. Them being together and clearly loving each other but not trusting jt is so funny.

Hahahahahahahahahah! I’m cackling. It’s so funny because I can picture the innocence of Zoe being so shocked but excited while he’s just like… “yeah okay whoop, lets go”

I like their chemistry. It’s very obvious and in their face but they’re “opposites” yet seemingly very well matched. It reminds me of my own partner & I. Over excitement vs serious. Love it

I like the dynamic between them. Their banter is sweet and I like the constant, go, go, go of action. Everything has a purpose. There isn’t any filler. Things are clear, to the point. Its painting. Good movie in my head and I’m stopped at the perfect point. Each chapter kind of wraps up the task/issue nicely so it’s easily to stop and not feel guilty for being tired and not able to keep reading

Okay it’s gotten straightened out. Things seem to be pointing in a direction, plans being made, thoughts beginning to think. I like it thus far. I’m tired so this felt like a good place to stop before we start getting into it. Very excited TJ start reading again tomorrow

Oooooo! I love the first chapter. Or prologue? Not sure what it would be considered but as a GG, I’m thrilled! It makes me want to read them all over again and I just might. I can’t wait to get into this. I have a feeling I will finish it rather quickly. Something in me needed to remember how much I love Spy novels/stories and this might just do the trick!

I really like it so far! (I’ve only read it twice so far) I’m obsessed with the octopus perspective. I love the layers and the relationships and the mystery aspect getting introduced.
