I think Branna might be my favorite. She’s who I can relate to most, always taking care of people and such. The reasonable one who hates mornings. I think this is going to be my favorite book in the series.

Saw that coming a mile away

Trying to harm Mera is low for Cabhan! That’s so fucked up. Mera and Connor are totally going to get together, but I’ve known that since book 1. I don’t mind things being obvious though. Obvious makes a good story sometimes too.

Trying to pick Connor off from the 3 is cleaver of Cabhan. But he’s too chill for that. I need Mera to just shut up and date Connor though. Like. Girly. Come on.

This book is slower paced than the first, but that’s not a bad thing.

This books on Connor’s perspective…how interesting

So far, so good. In the ancient characters still, haven’t gotten to the modern ones but opening the books up with flashbacks is an interesting take that I really like.
