Just finished Homeland, the first part of the trilogy in the book. Absolutely incredible. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so personally invested into a protagonist before. This book’s slow pace pays off in droves. By the time of the book’s conclusion, I can feel Drizzt’s raw and emotional liberation. Absolutely peak writing.

I think Guenhwyvar is my favorite pet in all of fiction.
