Ok the romance started pretty late in this one - I don’t think the 2 main characters even met until 1/4-1/3 of the way through :/ but I am loving the murder mystery and romance themes so far! A little slow to start but I’m hooked now

FL is kind of pathetic. She had her heart broken but still loves the guy that’s acting like a douche, her dad literally abandoned and shunned her yet she’s taking over her business for him, and she contradicts herself all the time. Like girl eww get it together

Ezra has officially pissed me off. I’ve honestly loved the middle part of this book and the third act breakup was inevitable since no author dares to write an actual good story where the characters work through problems TOGETHER.
