The book researched some of the topics and there are a lot of pages with dialogues. As example it could be difficult to go through, but skipping them totally fine.

Sometimes the anecdotes are just too much. I feel launched a lot of times when reading this. The content is so scarce. It's spread out so thin. you know, have to skip a few anecdotes in order to get to the core. Some stories are really interesting. and keeps you hooked, but some of them don't.

I just spent an hour going through the crucial conversations 42 pages. There was little to know useful or actual. extractable information from the book. It was all very vague and just explaining what a crucial conversation is and not really diving into it. I feel that this part of the book can be directly skipped and people can just start reading with the topic three, choose your topic.

The last chapter was on how to answer a Q and a session this time. It’s a very simple structure which is add. The A stands for answer. The D stands for describe and example or detail with an example and the last D stands for describe a value.

The book has a lot of advices on how to structure your speech during impromptu session, how to pitch startup idea and how to structure a sentence in a small talk situation. This might be useful in a letter part when we are actually using these structures in a day-to-day life.

The concept of using define the structure in order to improv is exactly what I was looking for, and this book delivered on it. Definitely, you should be revising some of the techniques shared in page 107 and try to implement when speaking.

The story is actually getting interesting. The court scene are vivid and truth to life. The story insanely detailed with every single moment, being explained in the point of view of the main character.

Looks like the concepts are tying back together well. Now it makes more sense

The book has picked up the pace again back. It tells to treat everyone equally, there should be no vertical relationship only horizontal. Makes sense as of now. Praise from higher ups considered above than a subordinate praise. So acts should not be praised but just thanked. Even elderly ppl who are bed ridden are equal because we are glad that they exist

They’re just talking about inert personal relationships again and again, book feels very vague
