All I have to say about chapter 3 part 3 is wow it was a log at at once but I guess this entire book is a lot.

“It’s impossible to explain to the healthy the logic of the sick”. As a disabled person myself this couldn’t be more accurate. I don’t understand why I sometimes can’t bring myself to get help when I need it most.

“The hardware’s part of making friends is keeping them”. That is so true

I could not have been anywhere near as polite as Jude when Mrs. Larry said Jude’s name was unusual and suggested changing it to Cody.

The moment Jude was adopted by Harold and Julia was very vivid but sweet.

The relationship between Anna and Jude was very sweet. Anna went above and beyond the call of a case manger to let Jude know even after something horrific he still matters. Anna’s death made Jude feel as if he will never be cared about again. But I beg to differ.

Also tell me why in chapter 3 Willam and Malcom agreed to lower Jude down a fire escape after seeing his arm wrapped in a stained bandage he was fine but he’s also not fine that was some wild work. I would nor could I ever do that after seeing the bandage. Jude should have gone to a hospital end of story.

Um excuse me tell me why in chapter 3 no one asks Jude to get help for his issues until the next day while his preparing the food for the dinner party?

The project in chapter 2 the same chapter we are introduced to Willam’s brother Heming seemed nonsensical as C a study of racial issues. Willam has a better friend group than myself because I would never indulge him nor would anyone I consider my friends.

Palsy and the care he took of him after hearing his parents seeming flatness towards him touched me almost as much as Malcom’s willingness to write that check without question. Willam’s discovery that his parents paid for Heming’s medical care out of pocket leaves me asking why they never asked for help. Pride maybe?

There’s already a lot to digest and I haven’t even listened to 2 full chapters yet. I say this about most books but this one is going to be a true rollercoaster ride.
