Alright, I'm placing my bets here since I'm 3/4 the way through. It's either the sound dampeners that unintentionally messed with the passengers on board and drove them crazy, or it was an intentionally built psychological weapon used against the rich and elite for insert whatever reason. Not aliens, and not ghosts. With Voller's headache it's got me thinking something with sound/vibrations.

I never want to hear TL, Team Lead, or jack shit about literal or figurative loose screws once I finish this book.

I wish this book didn't have romance... Might've avoided it if it was in the description or genre tags lol

Reminding me of the podcast The Magnus Archives and the library of Jurgen Leitner, and all those "special" books. Very interesting so far!

I will finish this book... I cannot DNF.. I will make it through...

The opening scene is a clogged toilet.. I hope it’s not foreshadowing for the rest of the book.
I think I’m the wrong demographic for this. As a young adult, I hate how certain writers choose to write young adults in their books nowadays. I'm also just not a fan of this writing in general.

Unlikeable narrator (and everyone else.)
Millennial type dark “humor.”
“kale eating, avocado toast loving, perfectly manicured LA,” along with "barbeque, cowboy boots, sweltering desert heat" Texas.
It feels like I’m watching a show with people that can’t act, but it’s just bad writing.
