Awful. I don’t think they even understand how Catholicism works. It’s this long drawn out drama for no good reason. His character changes so drastically it felt like they’d hired a ghost writer who didn’t read the first few books. I tried to read through because I want the team to get a happy ending but I can’t deal with filler nonsense. Not my kink either so I really wasn’t getting anything from it.

The narrators were so so good and their voices were ridiculously sexy. The plot was secondary to the quality of narration. I liked the main gal and the plot for the first couple of books in this series and then the priest goes bananas and changes his whole character and I DNFed. Torture isn’t hot. People being stupid and causing problems rather than having a conversation- not hot. I’ll relisten though for sure
