Derek’s guilt becomes so complicated for me — he’s absolutely guilty, but he’s also a victim. He was groomed, financially exploited, and emotionally preyed on, and Marin was too. They were both targeted at their weakest points. It’s a double-edged sword that makes the whole situation so much harder!
