I admittedly find this book quite boring so far and it’s hard to keep my attention on it for hours at a time. I can’t get attached to any of the characters besides the main character, and even I find her annoying at times. I do hope it gets more interesting as I keep reading but my rating on it is a little low currently

I absolutely love it so far. The pace isn’t too fast nor is it too slow so it’s very easy to follow along. Even if Stoner’s life seems more typical and realistic than a lot of novel protagonists, his life is still very interesting to me. Edith in particular is an interesting character to me. It seems that she had mental issues, possibly depression and I’m excited to see where her character goes.
