My heart is racing, I can't put this book down

Tiny little things keep adding up and I'm going crazy! I've never read a story like this before. We keep getting long, in-depth chapters about each woman that makes you understand them (if not, fall in love), only to get one or two tiny details about the murder that make your stomach drop and your heart beat faster.

Any one of them could be dead. Any one of them could be the murderer. And THEY all know who did it.

I returned this on hoopla in hopes of using a January borrow to renew it but apparently the two books I impulse borrowed pushed us over the Norfolk Public Library's daily borrow limit, so now I've gotta wait till tomorrow morning to read it... My bad gang...

So far, my predictions have been correct, and my heart is being slowly wrung out like an overly drenched dishtowel.

The plot thickens… Terry is acting weird and I fear for Marcellus. Also, Cameron gotta stop being foolish

I’ve heard a lot of good things about this book! So far I’m enjoying it, I could see it becoming a little out there though.

So, I’ve realized this book is gonna break my heart. Dorian, you sweet, sweet fool, let’s consider who we’re confiding in. And while we’re at it, how’s that gay awakening going for you, sweetheart?

The writing is utterly gorgeous, the imagery is beautiful! I told one of the residents at work that I’m reading it and she said “oh poor dear, it’s going to be difficult” and smirked so pray for me

First time reading Dorian Gray, I’ve been wanting to for ages! It’s never occurred to me just how gay this book likely was but even just a chapter into it… dang how’d I not see that coming? There’s already been some super romantic, beautiful lines that I’ve saved and I have a feeling this book might be sadder than I expected.

I do greatly enjoy Cat Sebastian ☺️

This is definitely very good so far! I forgot how much I enjoy short stories!
