So far like the setting of this novel, but it hasn’t quite become a page turner for me yet. Gonna keep at it and hoping the plot thickens.

Just started last night. So far it’s really good!

Listening to the book again while on a road trip with my mom. She’s loving it!

This book is clearly not talked about enough.

Felt like a good time to starting historical biographies again as they were my entire personality for much of my school years. Nearly done with the second chapter of this one and already enjoying it immensely.

So far a delightful reading experience!

Finally starting this series and am so excited!

Still really enjoying this. Makes me want to pick up letter writing again.

I have heard positive things about this book, and it has a darling cover so decided to give it a try. It’s different as it’s all in the form of letters, but the writing is pleasant so far. Feels a bit like a Grandma read, and I do love Grandmas.

This is the kind of book I can’t wait to read aloud to my future kids when they are young and full of wonder.
