The book is very well written, you feel like you experience it with the author. The book moves very fast with short chapters and really takes you on a journey of how she arrived to where she is now. It was therapeutic for those who want to understand where the dynamic of people pleasing starts with wanting to make your parents proud, one trying to force their dreams on you and not get to know you as you are.
