I really like how Vivi admits her feelings to Rowin quite early on in the romantic plot line compared to many other romances. It usually frustrates me a lot when the protagonist lies to themselves about such obvious feelings instead of accepting them and finding a way to make it work.

I'm really enjoying how there are several plot lines and how there are several challenges in the romance all the time so I never get bored and I'm always wondering abt smth. The only part I don't love is how we jump between the past and present timelines (though usually I love dual-timelines) bcz the chapters are quite long and I fail to remember where we were at the other timeline everytime a new chapter starts.

I LOVE Cresta! I love her humor and unseriousness no matter when and where. I love Kiva and Jaren's tension too since there wasn't really much of that before and it was kind of insta-lovey in the first book, but the forced proximity now is making up for it. I've teared up almost everytime Kiva remembers smth painful or sweet like I'm a character in the book... This book is bringing me quite some emotional damage

I love how Kiva immediately stops herself from thinking about Jaren and gives herself a mental slap -- it's so funny!! Also why was the 'you're so irresistable' thing so funny hahaha. I have a prediction that Kiva's uncontrollable magic and her grandma is leading her to discover another version of the story between the Vallentis and the Corentine. And I hope that the two sides can live together at last!

Though I'm already starting the third part of the book, I just realized Bella choosing to be a vampire with Edward literally means that she chose her love over her family bcz she's never gonna be able to see her human family and friends in person again after joining the Cullens... I get why she might choose Edward over Jacob (tho I'm not a fan), but it seems cruel that she would also choose him over everyone else...

I don't like how Edward doesn't trust Bella on almost everything... He's so overprotective forno reason, like why couldn't he understand the importance of Jacob to Bella and just believe that he wouldn't hurt her? Ofc I know that he loves her, but it's so intense that it's like he wants full control of her.

Idk why this book hasn't been as good as the last two, maybe bcz it concentrates on the Tournament rather than a huge mystery throughout the story? I mean there was the mystery of who put Harry's name into the Goblet of Fire and Crouch's disappearance, but they're either not so 'big' or started in the middle-end of the book. But if the ending is good the rating could be higher!!

Ok that fight was interesting... Even tho Cedric's death was so sudden and I feel bad for him... He was only there bcz he wanted Harry to win and he was just killed without a reason:(( There weren't even a lot of description, it's like he's a side character...

Who's that loyal Death Eater?? I'm feeling sus about Crouch (he's a judge at the Tournament and he said he did smth bad about Voldemort rising, but according to the earlier stories he's a very law-following person?) and Krum (he could easily have jinxed the Cup during the task, and he has also been proved to be dangerous), but Ik Rowling's probably gonna give another twist.

The book is annoying me.
- Why hasn't there been any updates about Voldemort since the first chapter?
- Can't Harry do a task on his own without cheating or getting any help? I mean ofc he is underage, but he's gotta prove himself!!
- Why isn't he realizing that he heard the name Bertha Jonkins in his dream while remembering everything else??

Now I know that Moody has secrets, but I just have NO theories at all about what could it be at last. (I also love how her books always has fantasy settings, and mystery/romance subplots which keep me company) Ron and Harry's fight has been frustrating me because I do understand why Ron would be jealous, but I literally want to shout in their faces to get over it because they'll have to at one point!!

Now that I've thought of it, Rowling's books always makes me feel like nothing could possibly go wrong, not having any theories about what's been going on, but then it shocks me with something I'd never ever had thought of, while also being logical & reasonable. Especially in 3rd book, there were so many clues hinting to what might be the twist, but I couldn't think of anything else than turning the pages.

100 more pages! There has been many interesting clues and persons of suspect coming out!! I've been enjoying.
The only complaint is that because Jen's and Monica's POVs were entwined among each other, I kind of get mixed about exxactly which person knows what details, which is probably my problem. But still. Hehe

J. K. Rowling is so good at coming up with things and little conflicts that I would've never expected coming. Like seriously!!

Still the same thought as before. I’m not enjoying it so much. I feel like almost every single character has secrets, and although I’m familiar with them already, there isn’t a main mystery that keeps me hooked. But those secrets are also what makes me want to keep reading because there are still so many things to unravel…

I’m feeling kind of mixed with the book, it was just okay, around 3.5 stars or so. Idk but I feel like there isn’t a strong feeling of a conflict or a mystery, although they’ve been introduced since the first few pages, and I think that’s the problem cuz there hasn’t been much plot going on since the disappearance. So I’m not super hooked but there are definitely many weird things going on.
