On needs and wants, and how Aristotle says all humans desire the same good life in that it is a plan that involves us seeking and acquiring all things that are REALLY good for us to have. The presence of apparent goods is why the same right plan for life looks different to people living the same objective good life of acquiring natural good that are inherent to all. Interesting and challenging thoughts.

I generally dislike self-improvement and/or books on work culture/efficiency. But I’ve heard good things about Cal Newport and this book is about how modern knowledge work efficiency is broken and stupid. So I thought might as well hear him out!
