Birdy is only there because she knows when she’ll die and wanted to do something fun before dying. Harry couldn’t have calculated her entanglement. Not sure how Carter is involved.

Did Eden adopt Olivia as a young girl and now Olivia is taking her identity as payback for the abuse?

Olivia purposely sold the house to Eden and her husband as part of her revenge plan and Carter is in on it?
