Wow! A lot has happened- a lot of unexpected plot just unraveled. I am loving that we get some connection to fishers mom. As well, leaving more about how the blood court politics work.

This book is quick and to the point but exciting. The FMC is learning about her surroundings and who she can trust. We are learning about the world and the laws of magic/blood lines, but still with so many questions.
