Nailed my Ares guess woop woop! Cool to see some more of the society readjustment - excited to see our cliffhanger! Lots of flowery words in the battle scenes so I went ahead and skimmed a bit.

Darrow continues to stumble through politics in order to get his next spoil. The main character bias comes through more in this second feature. I do enjoy wondering how he will turn mustang all the way back around.

Pretty bummed about the whole eye journey but cool to start seeing Emily come into the story more - was getting a little tired of the weird combo of ego and pragmatism Elizabeth has going on.
