I read the introduction which doesn’t have page numbers, but in the beginning she makes a good analogy that I want to remember- a car mechanic and another non-trained person buy the same model car - when the car starts making clanging sounds, the mechanic pulls over and makes quick fixes, while the other guy thinks “hope that goes away soon!” … when we can ID and fix the problem early we can avoid worse probs
