This, along with Parable of the Sower, are together a Masterpiece. If you want to know how people tick and our essential need/thirst for spiritual guidance, it’s all here. (So is our self defeating treachery and insanity, but that only makes it the stronger story). It’s a shame we lost this writer, she has so much to say.
