It is already a 5 star read already and I haven't even read much! Honestly I really enjoy reading the Hunger Games series. It still baffles me how at home I feel when reading Karniss' story and follow her journey. It is such a twisted storyline but I think the rawness and true emotions of the story make me feel attached to it. Also I really love the movies so maybe that plays a part with nostalgia.

So far I like this book more than the first too... I think...
At least I find it to be less predictable in a way eventhough I excidently spoiled myself... I mean I had a feeling and it got confirmed by accident so... Oh before I forget, we are in the THIRD book WHY does Paedyn STILL have THIN shirts?!?!?

To be frank, I expected a more murder mystery storyline, a darker story rather than stoned/drunk college students busier with their relationship drama rather than what on earth happened before one of their friends died...

So far I find the murder mystery aspect of it quite interessting and also the way the shakesperean plays are involved is intriguing. The way the characters even use some lines of his other plays while they communicate is fun to read but they also are kind of used to foreshadow the story if pay close attention... I will say I am slightly getting tired of the relationship dramas going on...😭

I find it interesting so far. I kind of need to get used to the more old English slipping through the dialogue but I like reading old English anyway.
It helps broadening my vocabulairy eventhough I still don't know what "Kassa" (dutch word) is in English... I looked it up and it is checkout... I always forget🤦🏻‍♀️ That is besides the point tho. So far I like the book and am curious.

FINALLY I am getting to the part I was enticipating!
I still think the story is lowkey boring, the only thing keeping the reader entertained is the progressing relationship between Pae and Kai... Also I don't have a good feeling about a certain velvet box... I have a funny feeling that I know what will happen🤫😬
Anyway still got 24 min to read but I am exhausted😴

I am exhausted.
Not only from physically reading for roughly 8 hours but also from the story.
I am somewhat bored, the cause being the repetitive situations the characters are brought into with just slightly different indicators. I am tired of it. I am just waiting for the confrontation with a certain king to happen. Also I have been left with unanswered questions already and I hope I will get answers at the end...
