This book isn’t bad. It’s just kind of slow. Not for now.
Stopped at 34% 14 minutes into chapter 19

Went into this knowing basically nothing about the plot. OMG love. WTF is wrong with this mf!? Psychotic 😭

Okay it’s getting good! Kinda spoopy now! This book is very wordy.

Didn’t finish fast enough. Lost my library loan. Hopefully come back 😭

I like it but also I’m thinking about starting something else. I’m gonna finish this one, but I’m listening on 2x’s speed. That says something but I’m not sure what. It’s a fine story, but there’s a lot of words and build up. We only just started getting to the creepy parts.

About 4 out of like 9hours into the audiobook. This is not what I was expecting. Dnf. SO much sex and lust, which is fine if you’re into that but like.. where’s the creepy scary guts n gore at?

This book was good until there was a weird obsession with figuring out whether these kids are boys or girls. Keeps saying him/her when one speaks instead of ‘them’ or ‘said the child.“Maybe two sisters? maybe two brothers? Red didn’t really care so much which, except she wanted to stop thinking of them as him/her” WHAT!? You don’t have to do that babe! lol

Not what I was expecting, but really good! The narrator for the audiobook does the most when it comes to character voices.

I want something to happen. Switching books. I’ll come back.

I like this story. It tugs at the heart strings a bit. Julia doesn’t deserve all this. Neither does Dwayne tbh

This was fun! The reveal was not what I was expecting, but of course I suspected pretty much all the right people (except for maybe one) but nonetheless I thoroughly enjoyed this.
