The Gondoliers was cool I like it

The Gondoliers is more interesting so far. Cool setting.

Black Corfu took me a few sessions father spread apart to finish. I like the concept but I wasn’t that into reading it. Didn’t find myself caring for the characters or how it was going to end

Guys I just returned Orange World to the library 😕 it was two days overdue and I didn’t even finish it. I’m such a slow reader 💔 but it’s ok I’ll get it back

“The Tornado Auction” was alright. The final paragraph kinda got me but I wanted a bit more overall.

Madame Bovary's Greyhound was alright…didn’t love it. The writing is still very vivid so it’s still an enjoyable read but I didn’t love the story. Seeing the dog’s pov was interesting but something within me has always been biased against dog-focused media, even though I love dogs. Never liked old yeller or airbuddies or that other one.

On the train again , just finished a reading sesh. Knocked out another story from this book of stories. I listened to getting killed by geese before I read, so I needed a few minutes to transition from that energy into something more appropriate for reading.

Bog Girl was so good…like so good. I loved it. Each short story has been better than the last! I hope this trend continues. I think this would make such a beautiful short film..part of me feels like saying things like this about books is disrespectful. The author wrote it as a book not a screenplay! But it would be a great movie as well. Some things can only be done in literature of course.. what do you think? Idk!
