So far, this book is still really good. It’s shown more adult topics, but also kept the same alienation feel that Yozo has. I’m in the middle (ish) of the “second notebook” right now. I’m sure it’ll get more depressing and darker, but again I still enjoy this book.

Although it is a bit depressing, this book is very interesting. I find the main character to be relatable in some part. Just finished the “first notebook” of this book. Can’t wait to finish it and get back into my reading era!

Damn maybe Sam is like me fr. He talks about his struggles with being a mixed kid ans in some parts I kinda relate to. With either not being Korean enough or being perceived as “whitewashed”.

Again so far pretty good, I love how as the reader you are forced to put the puzzle pieces of the timeline together in a chronological order. Also Marx is a cool side character.

Ok guys I really like the pacing, but I literally had to get a new goodreads account to update my progress. Mainly because I forgot my password to my old one. But anyways I find it funny (and ironic) that one of the main protagonist’s names is sam. As well as it being the holiday season within the universe lol
