What an extraordinary start to this topic on unrequited prayers to and expectations of the Lord. I found myself saying "amen" throughout both chapters. So much "meat" on every page.

So far, only disappointment was a quote from John/Staci Eldredge, while ethereal in nature, it was benign (I don't subscribe to their doctrinal POV). My concern is that readers will consider them a credible source--may it not be.

One of the characters is so annoying and struggling to stay with it.

So excited about reading this book, highly recommended by Chautona Having. Stay tuned.

Shelved until summer. Feels like more of a summer read.

Still waiting for some action to happen. DHY is fine, I'm getting impatient.
