Chapter one had me hooked. I've been reading a lot of Mimi Matthews and Sarah M. Eden. They have a bit more modern humor and back and forth banter that makes them more like a rom-com. So starting this book I can see it is quite different, it definitely has more of a serious tone and I am loving it!
