22% in and it’s taking my attention in, however, the characters are still sort of unlikable. Who I think may be the mmc, not a fan of him and the side characters as well. I still want to see what happens next but I hope some positive development happens with the relationship of the characters.

The plot is moving and is gaining my attention! The fact that the same man she met that night was also one of the judges was something I didn't see coming. I wonder if there is a love interest? Would he be the mmc?

In chapter 4 now and there's this line that states, "Ravenna guessed that it could only lead to ruin, for him and the unlucky women who had the misfortune of falling in love with him". I have a suspicious feeling that our fmc might be that unfortunate woman lol.

Currently 8% in, and you know what, I'm glad I continued instead of DNF. The story is moving at an interesting pace, and there are stakes on the line, creating enough suspense for me to continue. So far, I am liking the main character as well! I like how strong-willed she is, and she's willing to do anything for her brother. I'm really hoping she'll make it.

Currently around 3% into the book and although the prologue hooked me up immediatey, the first chapter started off sorta slow. I'm also confused on what is going on but I think that is more of my fault, I think. I don't want to DNF so I will push through!
