27 pages in so far: I’m enjoying the story so far however I strongly dislike Carmen Maria Machado’s addition and footnotes. They either state the absolute obvious or give a mini literary analysis with spoilers. I also found his introduction to spoil the book so I stopped reading it and will revisit it after.
